The UCRC in coordination with the Upper Division States is seeking proposals to better account for transit losses along select reaches of the Colorado and Green Rivers. We invite responses to the below Request for Proposal (RFP).

Bea Gordon will serve as UCRC’s Project Manager and will administer the contract in
